Salon Policy

Dear Valued Customers,
 
This salon policy outlines our commitment to both your rights and the quality of our services. A full copy of the policy is available for your reference at our salon reception and will be provided upon request.

 

GUARANTEE

  1. Nail extensions/Gel polish services are only guaranteed for 72 hours from your visit. Within this timeframe, if you have any problems due to our technicians work, please get in touch with us to schedule a free repair.
  2. If you cannot come back within the free repair period, please still inform us and book an appointment at your earliest convenience.


REFUND

  1. Please inform the salon if you have any allergies related to any chemicals/substances before having any services.
  2. No cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
  3. If you have any concerns about the service, staff, etc., please inform us immediately at the till point before you pay. 
  4. We’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with the service upon completion, please let us know immediately for a complimentary correction. Further concerns after a correction require a formal complaint in writing, detailing the issue and including a photo for reference. This follows our Customer Complaint Procedure.
  5. No refunds will be given simply because you changed your mind.


NOTES

  1. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We do not take any responsibility for any incidents that happen to children’s nails.
  2. We will not take any responsibility for the loss of your personal belongings while you are receiving services in our salon.
